Loads and Mechanical Requirements

From 1 prototype to small series (100–5,000 pieces) or higher volumes? We immediately select the smartest production route: 3D printing, CNC, vacuum casting, rapid tooling or injection moulding. This determines both cost price and lead time.

Tooling & Series Production Preparation

After validation we optimise the design for injection moulding and develop high-quality moulds that deliver from the first shot. We combine simulation expertise with our in-house mould shop and Pilot Factory.

In-House Mould Shop

In our fully equipped mould-making facility in Groningen we design, build and maintain all moulds in-house. This gives us short lines of communication, rapid iterations and complete control over quality and delivery times.

Fast Iterations

Our integrated approach allows us to adapt designs at lightning speed based on simulation results or test runs. All changes are implemented during the engineering phase — never during costly production runs.

Golden Sample as Reference

We produce and thoroughly validate a final Golden Sample in our Pilot Factory. This serves as the definitive benchmark for tolerances, surface quality, colour and functionality for the entire production series.

Scale-Up Support (Netherlands or Asia)

Whether you prefer local manufacturing in the Netherlands for maximum flexibility and short supply chains, or high-volume production with trusted partners in Asia — we manage the complete transfer. This includes full technical documentation, first article runs and strict quality assurance.
