How we shape product design
For PEZY, product design is a dynamic process of observing, listening and experimenting. We investigate how people use a product, what problems they encounter and what their expectations are. Through interviews, observations, contextual analyses and user validations, we gather insights that form the basis for the design.
We translate these insights into concepts, prototypes and test models. Prototyping is a crucial part of our working method: it makes ideas tangible, testable and discussable. By building, testing and rebuilding, we refine both form and function step by step.
We put ourselves in the shoes of not only the end user, but also our client and the manufacturer. What technical requirements play a role? How do we ensure that the product is reliable, safe and producible?
