Make change fit existing quality demands For Roberts Beacon 325, four internal parts used recycled material: 64% of the product’s plastic weight. Tested materials met critical quality requirements, moving a portfolio ambition into a viable product.
Philips OneUp
Philips wanted a floor cleaner that kept clean and dirty water apart without losing the ease of a conventional mop. PEZY designed the handle, tanks, hinge and nozzle, then used early models to test how the mop moved and how water flowed through it. The result is Philips OneUp, a slim cleaner that uses fresh water continuously, without a bucket.

Philips Avent
Making the Philips Avent breast pump quieter and more comfortable required more than a change to the outer design. PEZY developed a TPE suspension for the motor, produced test parts and used Moldflow analyses to refine critical plastic components. The team stayed involved beyond the prototype, supporting the start-up of production at Philips’ factory in China.

Wavin Tigris MX
A pipe connection has to remain reliable when pressure, temperature and assembly conditions vary. For Wavin Tigris MX, PEZY helped develop the plastic locking ring and made prototype moulds and test parts so the design could be verified in practice. That development work also supported Wavin as it introduced Tigris MX to the Polish market.

Pilot builds and production

A working prototype does not yet show whether a product can be made consistently. In PEZY’s Pilot Factory, tooling, test parts and pilot builds help us examine manufacturability, quality and cost while there is still room to act. Your team sees what has been proven and what remains open before committing to volume production.
For Philips Living Color, PEZY explored a PET alternative to glass and produced physical prototypes within one month. The material and process work established a route towards production at scale.
