Introductie

Giving physical form to a digital service

Remote access starts with reliable hardware at the door. Clay asked PEZY to develop and produce the physical products for its new access solution.

01 · De uitdaging

Digital access requires physical products

Clay wanted to connect electronically controlled doors wirelessly and enable keyless access.

Administrators needed to manage access to buildings, individual rooms and homes remotely. Launching this digital service required a complete hardware solution.

02 · De rol van PEZY

Designing and producing the hardware

PEZY designed and produced the hardware for Clay's first product.

Our contribution extended beyond the product housings: we also developed solutions for the app interface, packaging, and materials for demonstrating and presenting the product.

03 · De aanpak en het inzicht

Preparing the product and its launch together

We developed the physical products and supporting materials within the same project.

In addition to the hardware, the project included demonstration kits, brochures and trade-show materials. These gave Clay the tools to show customers how the new service worked.

04 · De oplossing

Keyless access with remote management

The hardware supported a system that connected doors wirelessly and allowed access rights to be managed remotely.

The product brought the digital service to the point where access is actually granted: the door.
