From prototype to manufacturable product

Prototyping and rapid tooling

Concept development
Using design thinking, scenarios and use cases we explore multiple directions. Visualisations and models make function, experience, differentiation and technical feasibility discussable.
Plastics engineering
We combine material and process knowledge with simulations and manufacturability. Tolerances, shrinkage, assembly and lifespan require cohesion between product and mould.
Small series in the Pilot Factory
Pilot series support field tests, validation or an initial market introduction. Process setup, quality control and learning from the first units are part of the work.
Circular product development
We translate circularity goals into material choice, modularity, disassembly, repair and reuse. The solution is aligned with performance, the supply chain and applicable requirements.
